The Wisdom 3 Approach

Wisdom 3 uses a simple three-step approach:

Conduct a nine-part, objective assessment of the current business situation. Create a list of 4-6 objectives for improvement. The client and Wisdom 3 use the current situation information to determine the specific areas requiring improvement. Implement a 90-day plan for improvement. The client communicates to all employees the firm's determination for improving performance quickly. They describe the 4-6 objectives and how they will be attained. Wisdom 3 acts as coach-player in utilizing time-tested tools, proven techniques and effective training to help achieve the desired results.
